A stunning lake and mountain view

Waking up to sweeping views of Lake Lucerne and Mount Pilatus was breathtaking. The terrace dining added to the magical experience, with friendly staff like Gabriela making our meals unforgettable.

However, be prepared for the steep hill from the train station, which could be quite a workout, especially with luggage. The bathroom also felt a bit dated but functional.

Dining at Roggerli was a culinary adventure! The breakfast offered a good variety, with awesome coffee to kickstart the day. Plus, the view from our Double Room with Balcony and Lake View was absolutely stunning, making every moment feel special.

While the bathroom could use a little update, and the air conditioning through a freestanding unit was a bit quirky, the overall charm of the place truly shines through.

Nice place with great wi-fi, an outdoor dining area, and a helpful staff. They assisted me with transport on my first visit, which I remember fondly. I recommend getting help for taxis if you have luggage. I'm coming back for a city trip!

We enjoyed stunning views of Lake Lucerne from our room, which felt like an adventure for the kids. The hotel was a great jumping-off point for family excursions, and we especially loved the amazing breakfast spread that catered to everyone's tastes. The staff was also accommodating, quickly setting up our room for two adults and two little ones.

In my wife's opinion, a dedicated play area for kids would enhance the family experience.

The bed was super comfortable, making it easy to catch quality sleep. The breakfast spread had an amazing variety, including rich, delicious options. The hotel staff prepared food for us when we arrived late one day, which was really considerate. We appreciated the tea and coffee facilities available on the floor. they were a nice touch. Toward the end of our stay, I did notice that the shower could alternate temperatures unexpectedly sometimes, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the steep hill from the train station felt challenging, especially when carrying heavy luggage, so I'd recommend taking a taxi instead. These minor inconveniences aside, I would definitely consider returning to enjoy those gorgeous views again.

The room was super cozy with a balcony offering stunning lake views. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was rich and delicious, they even prepared food for us when we arrived late. There’s a cool tea and coffee area and tons of parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

A reliable pick for a passing visit in Hergiswil with great value-to-price ratio. Loved the espresso machine during breakfast. it made my mornings brighter! Take a taxi from the train station if you have heavy luggage.

The Double Room with View 'Pilatus' was really lovely. The bed was super comfy, and we scored a great view from the balcony. The blackout curtains were on point, making it easy to sleep in. Although the AC worked well, it’s a little quirky since it’s a freestanding unit. The bathroom was spacious too, which was nice. The location felt a bit challenging with a steep hill to navigate, especially with luggage.
